About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses Swippable, including creators with an account and visitors to public Stacks. "We" means Swippable. Contact: hello@swippable.com.

Visitors to public Stacks

By continuing on a public Stack, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy, including the use of cookies described there.

Who can have an account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to your email account safe.

Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Within 14 days of first buying a paid plan, you can ask for a refund, minus the days you have used. After that, we do not refund part periods.
  • To ask for a refund, email hello@swippable.com.

Your content

You own what you create and upload. You give us permission to store it, process it (including through our AI provider) and show it, so that we can run Swippable for you.

A public Stack can be seen by anyone with its link, and it may appear in search engines and AI search results.

Stacks are made with the help of AI and may contain mistakes. Check your Stack before you publish it.

Content rules

You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, including images and music. Do not post anything that:

  • is illegal
  • infringes someone else's rights
  • is hateful or harassing
  • is sexual and involves minors
  • is spam or malware

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Copyright complaints

If you believe a Stack uses your work without permission, email hello@swippable.com. Include the Stack's link, the work concerned and your contact details. We will review it and remove the material if needed.

Our service

We work to keep Swippable available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
